Role Overview
We are a growing integrated facility management company seeking a hands-on Operations/Business Manager to oversee daily operations and help build a strong foundation for growth. The ideal candidate has residential and commercial cleaning industry experience and a background in business operations.
You’ll oversee scheduling, quality control, staff training, and customer service, ensuring we deliver top-notch results to every client. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is excited to shape company systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling and quality control for residential cleaning teams
- Recruit, onboard, and train new cleaners
- Manage supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements
- Provide customer support and resolve service issues promptly
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in residential cleaning operations or management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a startup environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
